Product Description

Tasting Note:

A rich bouquet of vanilla and ripe tropical fruits. This light barrel aged dry wine has plenty of attack, with attractive citrus flavours coming through on the palate. The finish is warming with lingering oak character, but has a fresh appeal.  A good partner to a range of fish, poultry and pork dishes.

Staff Note:

Quercus is lightly oak aged in French oak barrels after being fermented in our stainless steel tanks. The ageing process, although just a few weeks intensifies the fruit characters found in our unoaked wines like Neptune and Pandora. Only a small batch of this wine is made every few years.

Awards:

Previous Vintages have won:

BRONZE MEDAL AT THE EAST ANGLIAN WINE OF THE YEAR AWARDS 2009

As a small batch wine we often sell out of this product before we can enter it into competitions!
