Tasting Note:

A rich bouquet of vanilla and tropical fruits. This barrel aged dry wine has plenty of attack, with good citrus flavours coming through on the palate. The finish is warming with lingering oak character. A good partner to a range of fish, poultry and pork dishes.

Staff Note:

Quercus is lightly oak aged in French oak barrels after being fermented in our stainless steel tanks. The ageing process, although just a few weeks intensifies the fruit characters found in our unoaked wines like Neptune and Pandora.
